EIDHAK Trading PLC is a fully integrated Ethiopian coffee processor and exporter, founded in 2018 by Bilal Temam. We work directly with smallholder cooperatives across Guji, Sidama and Jimma, operating our own dry processing stations, dry mill, and Addis-to-Djibouti export logistics. Every bag we ship can be walked back to the farm it came from.
EIDHAK is a green coffee exporter. Every lot leaves Ethiopia in its raw, unroasted form — milled, screen-sorted, GrainPro-bagged so it arrives at your roastery exactly as our Q-graders cupped it.
We focus on three Ethiopian origins — Guji Hambela, Sidamo, and Jimma. Guji and Sidamo are produced in both dry and anaerobic programs; Jimma exclusively in our traditional dry process.
